- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate chunks, and white chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, whisk egg, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface. Gently knead and shape into a 1-inch thick circle.
- Cut into 8 wedges. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until edges are firm.
- Cool slightly before serving.
