Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate chunks, and white chocolate chips.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk egg, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  7. Turn dough onto a floured surface. Gently knead and shape into a 1-inch thick circle.
  8. Cut into 8 wedges. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until edges are firm.
  10. Cool slightly before serving.
