Decadent fudgy brownie truffles coated in chocolate and perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate, chopped (for coating)
- Sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Crumble the brownies into fine crumbs.
- Heat heavy cream until steaming, pour over chopped chocolate, and stir until smooth.
- Mix 1/2 cup ganache with brownie crumbs. Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Dip each truffle in remaining ganache and decorate with sprinkles.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a firmer texture, freeze truffles for 15 minutes before coating.
- Use a cookie scoop for even-sized truffles.
