Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, stirring well.
- Fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Spread batter into the prepared pan.
- Warm raspberry jam with lemon juice, then swirl into the batter with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use seedless raspberry jam for a smoother swirl.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
