Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, stirring well.
  4. Fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Spread batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Warm raspberry jam with lemon juice, then swirl into the batter with a knife.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
