Ingredients

- 4 oz dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease two ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
- Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
- Whisk sugar, egg, and egg yolk into the melted chocolate mixture.
- Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
- Divide batter evenly between ramekins.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and serve immediately.

- Use high-quality dark chocolate for best results.
- Do not overbake—the center should be molten.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or fresh berries.
