- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Roll mixture into small balls and place on a tray. Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into melted chocolate using a fork.
- Place coated balls back on the tray and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
