Description

Delicious peanut butter chocolate bombs perfect for Super Bowl parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Roll mixture into small balls and place on a tray. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Dip each peanut butter ball into melted chocolate using a fork.
  5. Place coated balls back on the tray and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
