Description

Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with oil in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
  6. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, then return to baking sheet.
