- 2 cups pretzels
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread pretzels evenly on the sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, cook for 3 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour the toffee mixture over the pretzels.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let sit for 2 minutes.
- Spread melted chocolate evenly.
- Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
