Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Heat sugar and water in a saucepan until amber-colored.
- Stir in cream, butter, vanilla, and sea salt.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish and let cool.
- Melt chocolate chips and spread over the caramel layer.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
