A simple, delicious dark chocolate bark loaded with nuts for a quick treat.
Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
- 50g mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil (if using) in a double boiler or microwave.
- Spread the melted chocolate evenly on the tray.
- Sprinkle nuts and sea salt over the chocolate.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve.
