- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup whole almonds
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut and salt.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler.
- Stir in coconut mixture and almonds.
- Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet.
- Chill for 30 minutes until firm.
