Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk buckwheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into balls, place on baking sheet. Flatten slightly, sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack before serving.
