Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- Red food coloring (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
- Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Divide batter in half. Mix red food coloring into one half.
- Alternate spoonfuls of red and plain batter into the pan. Swirl with a knife.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool before cutting.

- Use gel food coloring for a deeper red.
- Check with a toothpick for doneness.
