- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Press your thumb into each ball to create a heart-shaped indentation.
- Fill each indentation with raspberry jam.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool, then drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
Notes
- Use room-temperature butter for easier mixing.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes if it’s too soft to shape.
- Swap raspberry jam for strawberry or blackberry if preferred.
