Ingredients

- 200g white chocolate
- 100ml heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pink food coloring
- 50g raspberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate in a double boiler.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Beat egg yolks with powdered sugar until pale.
- Fold melted chocolate into egg mixture.
- Gently fold in whipped cream.
- Add pink food coloring and mix evenly.
- Spoon into molds and chill for 4 hours.
- Garnish with raspberries before serving.
