- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream

- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Brush melted chocolate on both sides of each tortilla.
- Fold tortillas over a wooden spoon handle to shape into tacos. Let cool.
- Fill each chocolate taco with a scoop of ice cream.
- Top with nuts, sprinkles, and caramel sauce.
- Serve immediately.
