Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and immediately top with marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra gooey brownies, slightly underbake them.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- You can use dark or milk chocolate chips based on preference.
