Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
- Add water, oil, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
