Instructions

- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a sticky dough.
- Cover and chill dough for 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then coat in powdered sugar.
- Place on baking sheets 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until tops crack but centers remain soft.
- Cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
