Description
A nostalgic chocolate Neapolitan slice that combines three classic flavors in one delicious dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g milk chocolate
- 200g white chocolate
- 300ml heavy cream
- 50g unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate with 100ml cream and 25g butter. Pour into the tray and chill for 30 minutes.
- Repeat with milk chocolate and vanilla extract. Pour over the dark layer and chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate with remaining cream and butter. Pour over the milk layer and chill for 1 hour.
- Cut into slices and serve.
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
- Chill each layer fully before adding the next.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
