Description

A quick and easy no-bake dessert featuring layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone in chocolate cups.


Ingredients

  • 6 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • 12 ladyfingers
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
