Description

Easy no-bake Ferrero Rocher-inspired chocolate balls with a crunchy, nutty center and smooth chocolate coating.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g hazelnuts (toasted and chopped)
  • 150g digestive biscuits (crushed)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp Nutella or hazelnut spread
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 100g dark chocolate (melted)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • Extra hazelnuts for filling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast hazelnuts in a dry pan until fragrant, then chop finely.
  2. Crush digestive biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  3. Mix crushed biscuits, chopped hazelnuts, cocoa powder, Nutella, and honey in a bowl.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls (insert a whole hazelnut in the center if desired).
  5. Chill balls in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil (if using) and dip each ball to coat evenly.
  7. Place on parchment paper and let set at room temperature or in the fridge.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • For a vegan version, use maple syrup and dairy-free chocolate.
  • Add a pinch of salt to enhance flavor.
