Description
Easy no-bake Ferrero Rocher-inspired chocolate balls with a crunchy, nutty center and smooth chocolate coating.
Ingredients

- 200g hazelnuts (toasted and chopped)
- 150g digestive biscuits (crushed)
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp Nutella or hazelnut spread
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 100g dark chocolate (melted)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- Extra hazelnuts for filling (optional)
Instructions
- Toast hazelnuts in a dry pan until fragrant, then chop finely.
- Crush digestive biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Mix crushed biscuits, chopped hazelnuts, cocoa powder, Nutella, and honey in a bowl.
- Roll mixture into small balls (insert a whole hazelnut in the center if desired).
- Chill balls in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil (if using) and dip each ball to coat evenly.
- Place on parchment paper and let set at room temperature or in the fridge.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a vegan version, use maple syrup and dairy-free chocolate.
- Add a pinch of salt to enhance flavor.
