Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100ml heavy cream
- 2 Earl Grey tea bags
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 50g cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Heat the cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Add Earl Grey tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and reheat the cream.
- Pour hot cream over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Add butter and mix well.
- Chill the mixture for 2 hours.
- Scoop and roll into balls, then coat with cocoa powder.

- Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
- Chill hands before rolling truffles to prevent melting.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
