Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat tahini, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Gradually fold in dry ingredients until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into balls and place on baking sheet.
- Flatten slightly and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
