Ingredients

  • 1 pack (about 20) chocolate graham crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9×9 pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Spread over the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread half over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Whisk chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Spread over the whipped cream layer.
  5. Top with the remaining whipped cream and sprinkle mini chocolate chips. Dust with cocoa powder.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
