- 1 pack (about 20) chocolate graham crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Crush the chocolate graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9×9 pan.
- Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Spread over the crust.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread half over the cream cheese layer.
- Whisk chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Spread over the whipped cream layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped cream and sprinkle mini chocolate chips. Dust with cocoa powder.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
Notes
- For a firmer texture, freeze for 30 minutes before slicing.
- Use dark chocolate chips for a deeper flavor.
- Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
