Instructions
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of cups.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream and melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the filling over the crusts.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
