Description

Rich, fudgy brownies made with black beans for a healthier twist. They’re gluten-free and packed with protein.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 baking pan.
  2. Blend black beans, eggs, coconut oil, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Let cool before slicing.
