- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 baking pan.
- Blend black beans, eggs, coconut oil, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, and sugar until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra richness, top with melted chocolate or nuts.
