Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Cut cold butter into small cubes and blend into the flour mixture.
  3. Add cold water and mix until dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle, fold into thirds, and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Repeat rolling and folding twice more.
  6. Roll dough into a large rectangle, cut into triangles, and place chocolate at the wide end.
  7. Roll each triangle into a croissant shape.
  8. Brush with egg wash and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden.
