Ingredients

- 200g hazelnuts
- 150g granulated sugar
- 50g water
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Toast hazelnuts in a dry pan until golden. Let cool.
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook until caramelized.
- Add toasted hazelnuts to the caramel. Stir well.
- Spread the mixture on parchment paper. Let it harden.
- Break into pieces and grind into praline paste.
- Melt dark chocolate and mix with praline paste.
- Spoon into molds and refrigerate until set.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
