Description

Homemade hazelnut praline chocolates perfect for gifting. Rich, creamy, and crunchy with a smooth chocolate coating.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g hazelnuts
  • 150g granulated sugar
  • 50g water
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Toast hazelnuts in a dry pan until golden. Let cool.
  2. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook until caramelized.
  3. Add toasted hazelnuts to the caramel. Stir well.
  4. Spread the mixture on parchment paper. Let it harden.
  5. Break into pieces and grind into praline paste.
  6. Melt dark chocolate and mix with praline paste.
  7. Spoon into molds and refrigerate until set.
