Ingredients

- 2 tbsp coffee liqueur
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Chop chocolate into small pieces
- Heat cream until simmering
- Pour hot cream over chocolate
- Let sit for 2 minutes
- Stir until smooth
- Add butter and liqueur
- Chill mixture for 2 hours
- Scoop and roll into balls
- Coat with cocoa powder
