Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
  3. Whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until fully combined.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder and salt. Mix until smooth.
