- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour and sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Beat the egg and vanilla together, then stir into the flour mixture until a dough forms.
- Press two-thirds of the dough into the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips and spread over the baked crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam over the chocolate layer.
- Crumble the remaining dough over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely before slicing. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
