Description

A simple no-bake cheesecake inspired by the flavors of Almond Joy candy bars.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in coconut, almonds, and whipped topping.
  4. Spread mixture over crust.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
