- 100ml heavy cream
- 30g unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Add the butter and vanilla extract, stirring until fully combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
- Use a spoon to scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Coat each truffle in cocoa powder.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
