Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner, spreading it evenly to coat the bottom.
  4. Freeze for 10 minutes to set.
  5. Mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Spoon almond butter mixture over the set chocolate layer.
  7. Top with the remaining melted chocolate, spreading to cover completely.
  8. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  9. Freeze for 20 minutes or until firm.
  10. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
