- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 200g milk chocolate, chopped
- 200g white chocolate, chopped
- 100g mixed nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pecans), roughly chopped
- 50g dried cranberries
- 50g dried apricots, chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- Pour melted dark chocolate onto the tray and spread evenly.
- Repeat with milk and white chocolate, layering them over the dark chocolate.
- Swirl the layers gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle nuts, dried fruit, and sea salt evenly over the top.
- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
- Break into pieces and serve.
