A rich and indulgent salted honey chocolate tart with a buttery crust and silky ganache filling.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Add egg yolk and mix until dough forms. Press into a tart pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Let cool.
- Heat cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Stir in honey and sea salt. Pour into crust.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use high-quality dark chocolate for best results.
- Let tart set completely before slicing.
