- 150g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 50g unsalted butter
- 3 eggs, separated
- 50g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease ramekins.
- Melt chocolate and butter together. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk egg yolks with half the sugar until pale. Mix into chocolate.
- Beat egg whites with remaining sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold egg whites into chocolate mixture.
- Spoon into ramekins and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use room-temperature eggs for better volume.
- Do not open the oven during baking to prevent collapse.
