Ingredients

- 200g digestive biscuits (crushed)
- 100g unsalted butter (melted)
- 300ml heavy cream
- 300g dark chocolate (chopped)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter, press into a tart tin.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
- Heat cream until simmering, pour over chopped chocolate.
- Stir until smooth, add butter and vanilla.
- Pour ganache into the crust, refrigerate for 2 hours.

- Chill tart before serving for clean slices.
