Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it starts to simmer.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir the mixture until smooth and fully combined.
- Add the ground cardamom and butter, stirring until melted.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls using your hands.
- Dust the truffles with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- For a stronger cardamom flavor, increase to 1.5 tsp.
- Use gloves when rolling the truffles to prevent melting from hand heat.
