Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Stir in vanilla and sour cream.
  6. Pour half the batter over the crust.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate over the batter, then swirl with a knife.
  8. Pour remaining batter and repeat the chocolate swirl.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  10. Cool completely before serving.
