Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
- Beat ricotta, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
