- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix ricotta, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add milk and oil to the ricotta mixture, stirring well.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat ricotta for best texture.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
