Ingredients

- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add milk, protein powder, banana, peanut butter, and cocoa powder to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
