Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spread melted dark chocolate evenly on the parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until firm.
- Melt white chocolate and mix in peppermint extract.
- Spread white chocolate over the chilled dark chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes evenly over the top.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes or until fully set.
- Break into pieces and serve.
