Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp orange liqueur (optional)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Chop the chocolate finely and place in a heatproof bowl.
- Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan until just boiling.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
- Add the orange zest and liqueur (if using), then mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls using your hands.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

- For a non-alcoholic version, replace liqueur with orange extract.
