A simple recipe for delicious chocolate Nutella crepes that you can make at home.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking)
- Optional: powdered sugar, fresh berries, or whipped cream for serving
Instructions
- Mix flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Spread Nutella on the crepe while still warm.
- Fold or roll the crepe and serve with optional toppings.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Use a thin layer of batter for lighter crepes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
