- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix crumbs with melted butter and press into a pie dish.
- Chill crust for 10 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold melted chocolate into whipped cream.
- Pour mousse into chilled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
