Description

A creamy cheesecake with chocolate flecks, made with ricotta and mascarpone for a rich texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat ricotta, mascarpone, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
  7. Cool completely before serving.
