- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat ricotta, mascarpone, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Let the cheesecake chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours for best texture.
- Use room-temperature ingredients for smoother blending.
