Description
Chocolate chip pancake bites are a fun and easy-to-make breakfast or snack. These mini pancakes are fluffy, sweet, and packed with chocolate chips.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Heat a mini pancake pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Pour small amounts of batter (about 1 tbsp per bite) onto the pan.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes for fluffier pancakes.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Use mini chocolate chips for better distribution.
