Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt.
- Add softened butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
